What I Wore: GOWIGASA Kitten Love Sweater and Striped Pants

Hell yeah, I work out! I’ve been starting this new habit since March ’13, and am so happy I can make it stick for this long (the longest period of time I’ve ever worked out was only 2 weeks wtf). I really hope I can make it stick for good this time!

What’s my motivation?
*To start living a healthy lifestyle.
I become more and more aware of the importance of being healthy. There is a great quote about this that I read somewhere: “Those who think they have no time for exercise (or healthy eating) will sooner or later have to find time for illness.”

I’ve also been starting to eat healthy (not diet!), drink minimum of 8 glasses of water per day, and take buffered vitamin C every morning.

ps. I’ll try to post my breakfast/lunch/dinner menu to my Instagram as often as possible 🙂

*It makes ME happy.

Just like Elle Woods from Legally Blonde said, “Exercise gives you endorphins. Endorphins make you happy.”

 

I always feel so energized, happy and positive after a work out! And I guess by feeling that way, I automatically become more productive at work. 😀

*To get a toned and defined body.
Nuff said.

Of course I still have some bad habits that I need to get rid off (e.g. staying up late), but it’s all a process and I’m quite proud of myself for taking this small step. 🙂

    A month ago I used to exercise everyday but once I was lazy so decided not to exercise, thenn it continue until now -_-
    I think I will exercise again, thank you for motivating!

  2. And i don't think there's anything wrong with your body! But the health reason is just right on the spot!
    Well, great for you! I've been doing the same since 3 weeks ago and am lovin' it! Well, i can only workout with Jillian Michaels' video though. TYpical running just doesn't work for me.

  3. Wooo you go girl! Working out def is a positive influence on your life! It's so bad that I fell out of the routine not too long ago, now I'm trying to get back to the days where I feel horrible when I don't get my workout in!
