My sleep pattern has been totally screwed up lately, I don’t get to sleep until 4-5am and get up at 3pm. You might think it’s nice to sleep for like 10 hours, but no no no, too much sleep actually makes you feel tired! It can also cause puffy eyes wtf.

I’m trying to find ways to straighten it out, so if you have any suggestions to adjust your sleep schedule, please comment down below! Thank you very much 🙂

  1. It depends on how you manage your time dear ^^ I mean, the things that u should do at day, dont do that at night. Try to turn off the electronics (handphone, laptop) at the hours u should sleep, so u can sleep with the resting mind. Of course, don't consume too much caffeine 😀 I hope it can help you, and you can get your normal sleep time back asap, which is one of the ways to live healthily

  2. i have the same problem.. haha but i push my self to wake up early although i sleep at 3 or 4 am, and at the night i will be really tired and need sleep early, and sleep pattern will be organized by itself.. that is my experience elle, hope can help you.. sleep well!! : )

    I have trouble sleeping sometimes, but usually I turn off all my electronics an hour before I want to go to sleep and use the time to read a book or magazine. It makes me fall asleep a lot quicker. I hope this helps!

  5. Try to wake up early El. Like 8am or 9am. Do some workout at the day, so you will be tired enough to sleep at 3/4am. hehe..and don't consume coffee or anything with caffeine 3-4 hours before you sleep, otherwise you will have to go for another allnighter. Hope it helps.
